We are excited to host your student at Jones Brothers Farm. This trip will provide students with an opportunity to learn about how their life connects to agriculture, resources that come from farms, and the facets of agriculture. Please read the details of the trip and sign the permission slip below.

Important Information:

The field trip will involve walking tours, demonstrations, and possibly hands-on activities related to farming and agribusiness.
Students should dress appropriately for outdoor activities (comfortable clothing and footwear). Students should follow the direction of their teacher and host at all times. Students should wear proper foot wear but will not be in heavily soiled areas or wet areas.

Liability Acknowledgment:

There is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if the injury or death results exclusively from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity in the absence of negligence. KRS 247.800 - 247.810
